Christina Haack was born in Anaheim California, on the 9th day of July, 1983. Her first job was with the real estate industry. This is where she got to know Tarek El-Moussa, her future husband. Tarek El Moussa, and Christina El Moussisa, both lost almost everything as a consequence of the 2008 market collapse. HGTV: Rise to Fame Tarek asked a close friend to record an audition tape to HGTV in 2011. The tape was a video of the actor and Christina flipping the entire house. Pie Town Productions executives received the tape. The company's executives immediately fell in love with Christina and Tarek's story of love. They agreed to a formal contract with HGTV. Then, in April of 2013 "Flip of Flop" was a reality TV show that began its debut. In the seven seasons that ran from 2013 and 2017, the show was broadcast in 92 episodes. The show included Christina and Tarek buying properties located in Orange County. They would spend weeks upgrading the houses in order to make their properties at a profit. The show's characters, Christina and Tarek would purchase properties, usually middle-income houses located in Orange County, and would then proceed to spend several weeks completing upgrades in order that they could sell the house to make an income.
